Transitions: The process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another. Chances are you're going through one right now. Transitions are inevitable; a never-ending part of life. Moving to a new city, having a baby, ending a long-term relationship, dealing with a chronic illness, financial loss, changing careers, and retirement are among the tough ones. Whether viewed as positive or not, transitions can produce stress and leave us feeling a bit "unbalanced," overwhelmed, stuck, and unable to move forward in our lives. Our emotions run wild and even the simple things seem harder to do. Yet, transitions can be a time of tremendous personal growth.
