Energy Goes Where Intention Flows.

As I sit by the fireplace at 5am sipping my coffee on this unseasonably mild January morning, I reflect on the passing year. It has been a growthful, expansive, scary, and sometimes humbling experience. As I travel this new path in the journey of womanhood (having become a woman of a certain age in my early 50's) I am re-inventing myself. I've set some BOLD intentions. I'm ready to release old limitations, push past obstacles  and say "yes" to new opportunities! I am surrounding myself with positive people who want to create, attract and pursue their dreams. Energy goes where intention flows.

One of my intentions is to up level my business (Creative Transitions) and kick it into high gear. In addition to the individual coaching sessions, group coaching, and book discussions, this means more opportunities for retreats, workshops, and Women's Creativity Circles. I'm in the process of looking for a studio/retreat space, so if you have any ideas please let me know. Join me as I practice new ways to healthy living in joyfulness, harmony and well-being.
